The system allows you to log and monitor various health parameters over time.

In order to be able to cover the specific needs of your project, we have several types:

Measurements

Whether the data source is wearables, a personal scale connected to Wifi, or a manually transcribed value from a thermometer, the system is able to receive and process data.

We divide measurements into condition and quantity measurements. We add and show quantity type parameters in units per minute, hour, day, month, etc.

We accept data via multiple channels (direct connection, mobile applications, web, SMS, voice assistant), we can deal with duplicates.

Automatic data collection is connected directly to the device (OneTouch, FitBit and others.) Or we use health consolidators (Google fit, Apple Health, Garmin Connect)

Subjective symptoms

Some manifestations of health (and there are most of them) are automatically immeasurable. These include pain, feelings , fatigue, vomiting, bleeding, etc. This requires active patient involvement.

The system can categorize subjective manifestations, ask users about them and offer instructions for a proper understanding of what we are asking.

The system maintains collaboration with the user by assisting, guarding regular or urgent records, and kindly reminding through various channels.

The record is often a value on a scale of 0-5 or 0-10, but we can also do various other scales defined by pictures and words.

Text and photography

The record can be accompanied by a text note, or the text fields can be instructive.

Pain maps

Subjective symptoms such as pain, pressure, or site of injury should be located.

This is done by using maps where the patient uses the cursor or a finger on the mobile device to determine exactly where the problem is and how intense pain an individual achieves

There is a map of the whole body and a detail of individual parts and limbs. It is possible to load into the system and use in the application any image to which the user performs graphic recording.

Medication

Record of applied products (medication, prevention, dietary supplements), time of application and amount.

The system makes it possible to record medication prescriptions (schedules) and, in addition to a reminder to record health parameters (see above), can remind the planned administration of the drug (in advance, or shortly after the scheduled time, if administration is not recorded.
